The Ridge Of New Bern memory . There were many inconsistencies in care in accordance to Staff. There was one particular staff member that provided excellent care and make sure that all the patients received the same care. If she was not on things did not get done. All patients were clean and will fed. Activities for patients were not mandatory. There when we needed them

My loved one was a resident at Croatan Village. They were very nice, I thought. The facility was clean. The staff was really nice and accommodating for our particular situation. My loved one said the food was terrible. Everything else was great for him here at this facility.

My family and loved one had a good experience with Croatan Village. The community is clean. The staff and residents and friendly and caring. They have activities available to engage the residents. Overall, we would recommend you check the community out, to see if this would be a good fit for your loved one.

It's a good facility, but like most, it has a few issues. The carpet was dirty and needed to be replaced because it had a urine smell. The room size was adequate and the food was adequate but they did have a good variety. I would recommend this community to others.

Having Fun Here

They are taking really great care of me at Croatan Village. The staff is nice and pleasant to be around, and the food is good. I appreciate that they provide meals and snacks thought the day for us. The community is clean, and they have a lot of activities I like to participate in such as Bingo, exercise, outings, bible studies, and other things. I'm having fun here and enjoying being a part of the community. I would recommend Croatan Village to other families.

A Blessing

My wife lived in Croatan Village. They truly were a blessing, and they made her last weeks with us so much more comfortable. The staff was excellent to us, and very attentive to my wife who needed a lot of different medications and assistance. They also encouraged the residents to get involved in activities and to be social with others. The head of staff has extensive experience in oncology, and she was such a fantastic resource for us.
