Excellent Care in a time of need

The staff was incredibly helpful and communicative and I appreciated that no matter what time of day or night I arrived at the facility there was excellent care and attention to the residents

Beautiful community, smelled great, greeted by everyone I saw. Truly the best vibe out of all the places I have visited. Most of the management team greeted me while I visited which was really nice. SO many residents were out and about - seemed to be a very social place.

So far, so good

It’s a clean facility first of all. Staff is friendly. The med techs are all very nice. There is as much interaction as needed. It’s good for residents that want to be preoccupied as they have many activities but also good for those that prefer to be left to their own devices. I have had no major issues. As with all things, however, one must be as involved as they can be to make sure things are running smoothly. Personally, I liked to be informed of what is going on with my loved one.
