Wonderful Home

I love it here! I don't have to feed myself, which is wonderful. After raising 6 kids, it's so nice to have that chore taken off my plate. The residents are fantastic, caring people. After my cancer diagnosis, the residents have all lifted me up in prayer and support. The Lodge is just a great place to call home!

Great time to move in

The staff always make themselves available whenever we need them. When I started to move my things into my apartment, all of the residents made me feel right at home from day one! This is a really great place, I am so happy I moved in

Review for The Lodge at White Bear, A Sky Active Living Community

People here are great but way over priced for actual services. Should pay al a carte so you can decide if you want it. Housekeeping services have only been partial floor care ( vacuuming bedroom 1 4 to 5 times since move in and only cleaned 1 bathroom when I have 2. Additional changes to have meals delivered to room. No assistance from staff. Still not what I was promised. It took 5 months to fix 1 if 2 furnace s and the 2 one maybe will be fixed in another 6 months. I love the location of the property. It has a wildlife area and pond in its backyard. I love that I am allowed to bring my 2 cats with me to live in this home! Everyone was very friendly. And knowing that I can have a van take me shopping and around in the area is a real plus. Still searching for my next home…but, this was a great place.

Good Neighbors, Great Staff, and a Caring Community That Has Everything You Need

Pleasant location- peaceful trails in the back with a pond, in the front, close access to Walgreens, restaurants, grocery store, coffee, etc. The staff is great and gets to know the residents. The residents form a community but also respect privacy for those a little more introverted. Fun activities and group gatherings. The food service is great. Just a friendly, caring community.
