Review for The Monarch at Round Rock

The facility is very nice and the people are very kind, but my mom was in stage seven of seven dementia and she did not belong in that place. She was only there for 12 days and we had to move her to a Memory Care Place that could handle her better with her needs. It was a home health care place.

This is a very nice facility and probably would be OK for somebody not in the last stage of dementia. We did not realize exactly how much care my mom was requiring so we did not even last two weeks. We had to take her to a place that had More of a home setting with more care givers to help.

A nice community trying to meet everyone's needs

There was a change of ownership a while back and a lot of staff changes. That was hard. Now everything seems to be running smoothly, I don't know the new staff as well as I did the old. Communication with families seems better.

Great overall experience

I would have to give The Monarch at Round Rock a 5 in all categories. We have had no issues so far, and my dad seems to really enjoy being there. We would definitely recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

Absolutely Amazing!

I had a great experience with the Poet's Walk team. I was looking for a community for my father, who lived in the area. I live out of state and was very nervous to search for a community for him. I worked with the Sales Director and she was wonderful. She offered me a Facetime tour, which I accepted. I could see and hear lots of laughter and joy.
