The Oaks was a very pleasant place to visit for the initial visit. The staff was knowledgeable and conversation was easy. We chose The Oaks for the new home of our friend. PositiveI arrived a few minutes early and was wandering around the dining area. There were some residents in the area and they were all very friendly. I was surprised by how clean and well appointed the facility is. [Name Removed] the rental agent arrived and filled me in on the details and took me for a tour of the facility. Wow! Everyone has been so kind, and that does include all of the staff. The activity directors, the physical therapist on-site, the dietician, the workers from the dining room, all the way to maintenance. Have been an absolute joy. My mother has a social life and she's happy. I believe she's happier than she has been in a long time.!!!!
