CriticalThe cleaning and food staff were wonderful!!! Admin was terrible. Many services promised were not available after Mom signed her lease. The worst of those being medical assistance - none was provided when she needed it. She was repeatedly told to call an ambulance and a neighbor would stay with her until the ambulance arrived. No one from the medical staff even checked on her.

CriticalThe Park's is where My Great Grandmother, My Great Aunt, My Grandmother and now My Mother have been living or did live for the remaining years of their lives. I have had many other relatives live there as well. Great location, food is good, staff friendly from what actions I have had with them.
