Run down and unprofessional

Only thing good about this place is the workers. Management is TERRIBLE. Only care about your money. I’ve seen roaches occasionally while visiting. Just overall not a good place to bring someone you love and care for.

Review for The Phoenix at Johnson Ferry

If your loved one needs minimal assistance, this seems to be a great place. If you are looking for any level of individual care, I would plan to hire a personal aid. There are some wonderful people there, but they are understaffed and not able to give much individual attention.

Great Staff great care

My grandmother is spending time here and she really enjoys it! Since new management started I’ve seen a great deal of improvement when it come to communication and resident engagement my grandmother is happy. The staff always make sure she is treated with kindness and dignity which goes a long way for her morale.

Lovely place with lots to do

My mother has been in several assisted living facilities and this one is our favorite. They have great outdoor areas, the front door has rocking chairs on the entry level and a wide deep veranda upstairs. Mom loves both places. I like the upstairs because it's shady, has a breeze, and has plenty of activity to watch. The back garden is fenced, private and a beautiful welcoming place for the residents. Loving Place

I currently have my gma here and the staff and leadership has truly made her feel the most comfortable. I am so appreciative of them treating her with kindness and respect. They truly have helped me and my family give her the best care possible. You can truly tell that the staff cares and that they are turning everything around from previous years.
