There are limited onsite parking including day parking for visitors is a plus, given its location. Surrounding area seems less walkable offsite and had limited access to onsite outdoor spaces, which could be a minor detractor but it depends on the individuals staying there.

The representatives from Residence at Summer Street reached out to us when we were scrambling to figure things out, and they were very helpful with accommodating needs when I and my brother were not immediately available to help with his transition. My dad stayed as a temporary / respite stay for about 6 weeks, and he had a very positive experience with the staff and residents.
