Improvements needed!

Staff is mostly travelers so they don't know what they are doing. Medication passes are inconsistent and often wrong. Food is horrible. Often inedible and very little variety. Billing is inconsistent and often wrong. Transport to doctors appointments are very limited to certain days and times making scheduling a nightmare. Cleaning of residents rooms in scares and not done with any consistency of what is cleaned or when it's done. Laundry is often lost despite being labeled. Staff sends their kids into residents ro…

From the grand expansive layout when we dove up and the many chairs lined up at the entrance, we were impressed with the attention given to provide for their guests. The large fireplace and many high back chairs in the common area was quite impressive. The monthly schedule on the wall, posted menu, large eating area with individual table settings, were clean, inviting, and welcoming. Family experience

The staff was awesome and took excellent care of my mom. Unfortunately her dementia had progressed and I was unable to afford to keep her there. I Unfortunately had to move her in December. I would recommend Oaks at Dalton to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

Satisfied

We chose Morningside of Dalton because of the location as well as the the value for the money. I also had recommendations from people I knew who had their loved ones here. She has a smaller room, but it is sufficient for what she needs. The staff all seem to be very friendly and helpful. I do like that it is a smaller facility, only about 40 residents so it wont get overcrowded. She seems to be happy with the food. I would recommend to others looking
