I took a tour virtually with [name removed], and she was warm and friendly and professional, but I can not speak for sure about the facility or the other staff.

The nursing staff was visual and very active. It was good to see the care needs of residents was prioritized.

I was so impressed with your facility. I would so love to live there, but I can’t afford it at this time. Christy was so sweet and accommodating. She was so kind in explaining the rooms that she showed me and expenses. She had such a kind and loving rapport with the residents and staff. But she was especially sweet and kind to me. Could not ask for better experience. Great communication and food is good. I would absolutely recommend it to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

what we experienced in the search and where we're at

management is lazy. food is subpar. housekeeping is way below standards. every month I gave to complain they are not following their own schedules. laundry returned wet, beds not changed. rooms not vacuumed or swept. but all assisted living charge WAY TO MUCH for what is delivered. employees are not paid well so where is the money going? most places I visited were like this or worse. they didn't even give good tours, very disconnected to the customer. charges were outrageous for very small units. the Rutherford i…
