#5 some key positions open; #6 new chef now hired; #7 too much bingo, would prefer more educational presentations, visitors from NASA, zoo, nature, museums, etc. Several staff in leadership positions have been promoted from within the setting, several have been there more than 5 years. I appreciate the continuity and perspective they bring. We liked the size of the community, open feel of community spaces, size of 1 bedroom apartment, friendly staff and front desk, very approachable Executive Director.

Overall pleased

What sticks out as positive is the friendliness of the staff. What sticks out as negative is the high staff turnover of the caregivers and the cost of the facility per level of care.

Positive feedback would be the weekday med techs who really care about their residents like they're family. The front desk staff is always kind, considerate and friendly. The dining room and cleaning staff are always wonderful too. We have had some real issues with weekend med techs who do not have the same attitude as the weekly staff. Great staff

The community is clean and well managed. [name removed] is friendly, professional and informative. I have toured numerous facilities in the area and this is by far the best. It seems more like a home than any of the others.
