PositiveThe staff is happy involved and caring. My mom loves the food. The week we moved her in there was some changeover of staff in the cafeteria so it was somewhat chaotic. I'm sure that has settled down at this point. The nursing staff is very good. It took a few weeks to iron things out but no issues at this point. The activities are great for my mom and she has been actively participating in the ones she enjoys. My mom is enjoying being active again and is the happiest I have seen her in the past couple of years. Thi…

PositiveThe facility was very nice. Rooms look good. Activities look good. Menu looks very good, many choices. Staff was very friendly. Tour guide new the names of all tenants we came across. At this time they have no rooms available in memory care. It is the priciest place of the Legend in Tulsa.
★★★★★
PositiveMy mom started out in the memory center. The staff checked in on her regularly and tried to get her involved in activities all the time. The dinning staff tried to always make her food if she turned down everything on the menu. Everyone there was always nice and polite to my mom even when she became difficult.

PositiveActivities are amazing! They have something every hour during the day and monthly visits from Tulsa Opera, weekly music groups, as well as therapy dog visits, painting classes and a walking club. EVERYONE we have met staff wise is friendly and service oriented. Their medical staff is proactive and any time we've had a question about anything, they have responded immediately. I highly recommend Stonehaven!

CriticalI placed my mother in Stonehaven (which was the Linden) in December of 2020- during Covid. This is something no one ever wants to do. Things started out well. My mother wasn’t completely incapable of understanding things at that time and her needs were being met. Fast forward to 2025- this place is now owned by Legends and the turnover is insane. In the beginning I used to have zero issues with contacting someone about Mom. In the end, I wouldn’t ever get calls back. Mom’s clothes would go missing. Bedding set comp…

PositiveWithin the first few minutes of us walking in the door, we both looked at each other and said "this is it!" Everybody was super friendly, employees and residents, it didn't smell, the kitchen was good about my mom's gluten intolerance, great activities director and activities! My husband and I have already told our sons to put us there when we need assisted living.
