Friendly Staff and Great Activities.

Everything has been great except the food needs help. It was good at the beginning but now it's not so. Too much Mexican according to my mom. After she's been there this year they tried to increase her rent by 9%, more than the COLA increase that SS gave. So we were able to negotiate a better rate and it only increased by $[removed]. But, new company bought them out so we don't know what changes are coming. They are currently repainting. Which is fine, it needed an update. Activities are great and staff is fantasti

Would recommend

We had a couple of things the maintenance staff needed to attend to. After reporting/requesting it of the front office, the maintenance people were there, sometimes the same day or at least the very next day

Overall- I would recommend but still forming my opinion.

The place is beautiful and comfortable and inviting. the activities are fair for the assisted living residents . The meals seemed to be fine. I was hoping for more consistent support being in an assisted living than there seems to be but overall it's a very nice place. The people are very nice but it doesn't seem like they really go above and beyond.

Help your loved one Make the choice

I wish they would do more for those that come and have a hard time adjusting like counseling etc even if it was offered and had to pay for it) but the care for Assisted Living and memory care may have been where mom should've gone but she wouldn't have gone to that side even if we would've suggested it.

Response from the community

Thank you for sharing your perspective. We recognize that the transition to a new community can be challenging, and your suggestion about offering adjustment support—like counseling—is valuable and worth consideration. Every resident's journey is unique, and we strive to meet individuals where they are while honoring their choices. If you’d like to share more or discuss your mom’s experience further, we’d be happy to connect.
