PositiveI'm very happy he's there. They have been a huge support for us both before and after my mom passed. [name removed] (director) is AWESOME!!! Because staff is hard to keep it hinders the quality of food, cleaning, and quality of care for the cost. I don't think it's the fault of the company. It's unfortunate it's this way I think just due to "society". Overall they are fabulous and the community is wonderful and my dad is very happy there!

CriticalThere have been numerous resident complaints about food quality, variety, amount, lack of condiments, lateness of delivery and frequently meals not delivered. This has been addressed with the Director, who seems uninterested. Based on the issues with the food, I would not recommend The Village At Alameda.
