The Waterford is taking good care of my mom

My mom is in good physical condition, however, she has memory issues. I don't see that she's as bad off as most of the people in memory care. I think it would be good for her to be given things to do. Jobs. Can she help with laundry? Can she help with sorting or organizing things? I would love to see you put her to work so that she's interacting with the staff. I suspect she'll complain about being put to work, but I believe she will be happier. First Visit to Norma

I was very worried about how she would treat me after we moved her in on Monday and left without saying goodbye. She was still eating her breakfast at 8:45, sitting at a table with 2 other women. I found out that they were both retired teachers, like my wife. Talking with other women seems to improve her attitude towards life in general. Home Like Atmosphere

We enjoy the smaller, homier environment at Waterford. We’re very happy with our choice to move our loved one in. We are very happy to have found this place. [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] are great, they are never too busy to answer any questions we have.

Met with the Sales Director last week for a tour at The Waterford at College Station. Although my mom was not appropriate for AL, the SD was amazing and lead us through the appropriate steps for find a home for my mom. Even the Activities Director and Concierge was incredibly helpful. Such a wonderful place!

I have worked in senior living before and let me tell you, the dedication that the staff of The Waterford have for their residents is amazing!! A gem of a community

The Waterford is ran by amazing staff. Recently I came in from out of town to visit my aunt, and was awed by how the staff seemed to genuinely care for their residents. The receptionist was warm and friendly and very helpful, and care staff were attentive and kind. Lots of activities for my aunt to do. [name removed], the business director, was very friendly and had helped my mom with questions she had. All in all, was very impressed!!
