PositiveI placed my wife at the Magnolia Trails in mid April. After caring for her for almost 3 years, she had deteriorated beyond my abilities. We were uncertain as to how she would respond in her placement, but the Staff is beyond our expectations and has become her family. They are kind and considerate and treat her lovingly as would we, if she were home. My 30 year old granddaughter told me: "Papa, if I ever ended up like Grams, I would want to be placed here." High praise indeed. We are thankful for this caring place.

PositiveMy husband is a resident, and he and I couldn’t be more pleased! His room is spacious, the meals are varied and delicious, many activities are offered, and the staff is outstanding! Thank you, The Waterford of West Bend!

PositiveWe toured a number of assisted living residences before choosing one for our mother. Mom and our family are so pleased that we choose the Waterford. It was just the right size for mom and our family. The staff is able to give personal service and treats residents with dignity and respect. I have and will continue to recommend the Waterford to anyone that is contemplating a move to assisted living.

PositiveI would recommend to others.[name removed] the director of the facility is professional and compassionate. [name removed] head of the memory care unit is doing the job she was meant to do. Her staff are also very caring and compassionate people. My husband was only there for a little over a month, they took care of him and made a heartbreaking situation easier for my entire family

PositiveWe have had a loved one living at The Waterford for the past year and a half. She always says how nice everyone is to her and enjoys the activities. We appreciate the staff’s efforts to provide the foods she wants (chocolate) in a more healthful way (chocolate protein balls or yogurt). The staff is pretty consistent/lower turnover so they get to know the residents and their likes and dislikes. Do a good job of getting the memory care residents out into the community on field trips and bringing in entertainment. Onl…

PositiveI've had a loved one there for almost 2 years now, and I could not be happier. It's is undoubtedly event that the activities they have for their residents is just what my loved one needs to activate the mind. Especially for one who is fully aware they can't remember things. The planed outings they have, outside and away from the facility, are absolutely wonderful. I especially love that many pictures are taken of residents during these outings & then posted on their Facebook page so that I can see the interaction …
