Overall, our experience was good, and I would give this facility 4 out of 5 stars. The facility was very clean, and my mom especially loved the food—it was one of the highlights of her stay. Most of the caregivers were kind and friendly, although there were a few who were not as welcoming. Our biggest concern was communication. Before my mom moved in, there were several miscommunications between the manager/director and my husband and me, which led to some confusion and affected our overall experience. The qualit…

The Watermark at Cherry Hills

The staff has been great. My dad just fought it at first because he didn't want to be in assisted living. He's adjusting better now. The facility is very clean, and the common areas are bright and cheery. The dining room staff is friendly, and the nursing staff are efficient and timely. Overall, we've had a positive experience.

We placed my mom (89) in this lovely Assisted Living facility in [date removed] I chose Watermark because of the friendliness of the staff, residents, and the volume of activities offered. A caring community

I chose this community mainly because the room sizes were good, the price was in the medium range, and the staff ratios were good. They have had a lot staff turnover. The food is good and they are trying to accommodate dietary restrictions. I would recommend this community to other families.
