Most important is from the director Rachel stave to the aids and food staff are caring humans!!! The experience has been amazing!!! I would highly recommend this location as staff and property are amazing. Even now in memory care it is the best possible place they could be! I am very comfortable giving them the highest marks. I had toured at least eight memory care homes and as soon as I toured "The Waters of White Bear Lake" I knew that I found the place I was looking for to care for my mother. I was feeling so guilty and anxious about transitioning my mom from her home of 60 years to a care community but the process went amazingly well!
