The tour and reality don't match

You need to know that once you are in the facility, if your family member needs care in the higher care tiers/levels, you will need to constantly fight to get your loved one the care they need and the care you are paying for. Many staff members care about the residents, but the medical techs are stretched thin and will only do their job if you continuously advocate and push them to do so. Even then, a lot falls through the cracks. Additionally, the doctor's office associated with this facility is a flat-out scam.…

I recently toured The Wellington at Lake Manassas, and the experience was fantastic! The staff were wonderful—friendly, helpful, and very professional. The food was also great. I definitely recommend this community for anyone looking for a home for their loved one.

Staffing! I cannot get enough of the staff. They’re friendly and very smiley. They’re super kind. The area is clean. The activities seem to be popular. Mom loved the tour and we cannot thank [name removed] enough!
