PositiveI tour with the facility with [name removed] she is great! Sweet woman who really knows her residents and there needs. She goes over everything thoroughly with you. Answers any questions you have. The care staff around were so friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend The Willow with its home like atmosphere!

5 for them all. Great place and if all works out, we will use them again for respite care. Location, friendliness of the staff and how helpful they were. Mom enjoyed the people and bonded with them while there.

The staff are great. The food is not. Dining hours are too short. If you're not there right away the waitresses disappear and you don't get served. The rooms are nice, the kitchenette is a nice size.
