★★★★★
PositiveEveryone was nice and friendly. The residents seemed happy and well cared for. It looked safe. I was impressed with the tour guides memory of the residents names.
★★★★★
PositiveOverall very good experience. Clean environment and friendly staff. Observed professional and caring interaction between staff and residents.

PositiveI can tell you things they should be concerned about. Food is not the best quality, constantly serving meals that consist of chicken. There's been times that the fryers and ovens have been down. I feel that meals are very important to the seniors and should be a priority. PositiveI like that there is always someone you can call to help you with whatever you need, for example if you fall or if you need someone who will you, since I'm in a wheelchair, to whatever you want to do. I also like that there are other people around that you can talk to, other residents and almost everyone is very friendly and kind for improvement. I think they could have more fruits and vegetables in the meals.
★★★★★
CriticalThere is high turnover with the caretakers. But everybody who has worked with my mom has been amazing. Absolutely would recommend! This is a great place! It is clean, the workers are kind and attentive to the residents. Food is great too
