Our family's experience

I'd rate a 5 for every category except food as my mom cooks her own meals and hasn't experienced a meal there yet. Every thing has been excellent! She’s extremely happy. I couldn’t think of anything that could make her experience any better. I would highly recommend the Woods to anyone!

Our family had an exceptional experience with The Woods Assisted Living, beginning from the very first tour and continuing throughout my mother’s stay. Needs to Train Aides

There were oversights in care of resident. Aides should receive more training. Aides should initial a chart to show they performed important care duties. One shift to the next did not always know what care was provided to the resident. Lack of proper care put resident in hospital. A high level of care was being paid for and the amount of care should have reflected that.

The Woods

Helpful to know residents will not need to find another facility as their level of care increases. The Woods provides services to end of life and also works with hospice services.

My first impression: The Woods has friendly staff who work together to create a sweet family experience. Staff pitches in to help one another honor the residents. Heartwarming. The vibe throughout is friendly, happy and upbeat. Gorgeous light filled spaces. Modern, pleasant, inviting, well maintained gathering areas throughout. Overall a great place

Would like more activities, especially on weekends. Right now there are none on weekends. They need to get a bus so they can take them on outings. Food. Mom doesn't complain in general but weekends are sandwich types due to no "cook" on weekends.
