I love living at Town Village. There are daily activities and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They connect you with people who help you understand the rules and the way things run like doctor trips, special outings, and answering any questions you might have. We have live music every Friday afternoon and special events. The staff knows your name and my apartment is just the right size for me. I wear my security alarm to be sure I am safe from falls. Finally, she's home!

I would absolutely recommend it to others. It stays at 96% capacity. They have been there 30 years. Some of the staff have been there 10+ years. That demonstrates to me stability and consistency. They have tons of activities. The apartments are updated regularly. The residents get 3 meals a day with no extra cost. My mom absolutely loves it.

A quiet place with a variety of people and activities.

The staff is professional and always willing to help with questions. There are a variety of things to do daily and people who will do the activities with me. The menu is printed and there is a alternative menu that allows a good variety of food.

A Perfect Place for Mom

My mom absolutely loves it. Town Village stood out from the moment we walked thru the front door. There was a hustle and bustle, lots of smiling faces, a group of ladies playing Mah Jong who invited us to sit down and play, and so much more. My mother loves gardening and she was quite taken by the gardening opportunities onsite( Town Village provides the raised beds and all the potting soil) and the proximity to Dixon Gardens and the botanic Garden. Welcome Home

There were two primary reasons why my wife and I were ready to move into an independent living community. We were tired of planning menus, shopping, and cooking our food, and we felt that we needed more social interaction. Town Village Audubon Park has more than met our expectations. Three meals a day are served in our dining room. The only exception is Sunday dinner. However, there is a bistro on site that is opened a few hours each day and they have a limited menu but also a refrigerator that is kept stocked 24…

What we like the most about Town Village Audubon Park is the price is a large factor but it seems to be well run and the management listens when there is a problem
