It is a nice facility but I have had a struggle to get simple things like internet, or a door fixed by the supervisor of the care givers or the maintenance person. I constantly have to go to the director who is outstanding

Moving is difficult, but moving to Storypoint Germantown is the best move.

Anyone needing to find a senior living facility is doing their family a big injustice if not visiting Storypoint Germantown before making a final decision. My wife had been in the hospital several times and was eventually told that she needed a skilled nursing facility. Our daughters visited several facilities before telling us they have found a perfect place for us and we should see it. We were impressed immediately.
