It is a nice facility but I have had a struggle to get simple things like internet, or a door fixed by the supervisor of the care givers or the maintenance person. I constantly have to go to the director who is outstanding

PositiveMoving is difficult, but moving to Storypoint Germantown is the best move.
Anyone needing to find a senior living facility is doing their family a big injustice if not visiting Storypoint Germantown before making a final decision. My wife had been in the hospital several times and was eventually told that she needed a skilled nursing facility. Our daughters visited several facilities before telling us they have found a perfect place for us and we should see it. We were impressed immediately. Not only was the outside very stately, but the interior design just made us stop and admire. After…
