My experience

From my first visit I knew Town Village Crossing would be a great home for me when I decided to sell my house. I have now made the move and my first impression has been proven to be correct. The entire staff has been welcoming and attentive to my needs. There are many long time residents here that are very happy with all aspects of their living conditions. I've been very happy with the food and menu choices and have also been impressed with the friendliness of both staff and residents.

I know no place is perfect, but I would rate Town Village Crossing very close to a five. What truly makes the difference here is the people. The staff are warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful across the board. In the dining room, the waitstaff go out of their way to learn residents' names and preferences. They're attentive and caring-I like two glasses of raspberry tea, and they have it at my table before I even sit down. They also know which table we prefer and do their best to seat us there whenever possible. …

The apartment size is perfect for what I need and there's plenty of space. The residents are super-friendly and welcoming. There are many activities and events, and you can participate or not, no pressure. The food quality and variety is superb, and dining is sometimes enhanced by live music, but the best of all is the staff. I haven't met one person yet who didn't bend over backwards to make me feel at home and accommodate my needs. I am very happy with the entire organization. Town Village Crossing is the best.

The grounds, overall appearance of the facility. Unfortunately I take dialysis 3 days/week, so I don't get to participate in many of activities. The staff is very good
