Positive are that the workers are all very friendly. The mains areas are kept very clean. Everything is very convenient. My mom doesn't have to go far to the dining room. Some places we visited were much larger and harder to navigate. With her dementia that would have been too hard for her. They also provide in house doctor, podiatrist, dentist, audiologist and psychiatry/therapy. So it makes it easy to see who she has to see without having to leave. Everything is a five except the food is a problem! We also had a problem with the aides didn't know how to care for him and the facility threatened to send him to the nursing care side. But we got it straightened out! It was just a matter of training the aides. But he is happy there. He likes it except for the food!!! Some of the staff was great. The rehab team wasn't very ..encouraging. Was very dissappointing. Staff was inconsistent. Call lights go unanswered for more than an hour. When my mom returned from the hospital, she laid on multiple wrinkled blankets Medics brought her in on for over 4 hours, until i got there & changed her after i had to give her a bed bath. When i finally got Hospice in, Trinity staff went over 10 hours without coming in my moms room. She was still their patient. When she was in the AL, my sister w…

My father lived at Trinity Community for 3 years, both in assisted living and memory care. We chose Trinity for multiple reasons: 1. The positive perspectives of friends who live there and friends whose parents lived there 2.
