The staff and administrators have been very welcoming to both myself and my loved one. My LO has her dog with her and she (the dog) is also warmly welcomed and the staff interacts with her, which pleases my LO. The staff is attentive to the residents' likes and dislikes, dietary preferences, etc.. My LO has felt at home and comfortable since her first day!

It took nearly 15 minutes for someone to answer the door and when we asked about pricing and the process the lady we spoke with said it wasn’t her job and we would need to come back when management was there.
