PositiveIt's an older facility but well-maintained. It feels comfortable like stepping in to someone's home- not clinical. Also, Mom passed away a few weeks ago and the staff was extremely accommodating when so many family members came to see her her last 3 days. They not only didn't complain when we took over the whole room that was supposed to be double occupancy but they brought us a whole cart with snack and drinks. It was a very sweet and comforting gesture.
★★★★★
PositiveI'd say you have to look past that it hasn't been updated in a while. And look at how it is taken care of, cleanliness, grounds, etc. As far as the staff they all are very friendly and very caring. I would say all the people we have met go above and beyond their jobs.
★★★★★
PositiveIt is a lot nicer than most even though the building is really old. My mother's apt has had window leaks twice but it was during heavy storms with high winds.
★★★★★
PositiveIt was a good experience! The person we talked to made us feel welcome, patiently answered questions and didn't pressure us. I picked University Village because their pricing was better and the place seemed like a better value than other places. Plus, my brief interviews with a few residents were very positive.

PositiveI can say, we couldn't be happier with the care that my Mother is getting. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The move in process wasn't streamlined, but it was okay. The facility keeps us informed at all stages and have been working with our insurance and medical extremely well. The meals are fine, but not eating there I can't say much more. My mother hasn't complained. I would recommend this facility to anyone, especially to those who might need to elevate care. We started in Assisted and now are in ski…
