That's kind of a hard one cause there's so much but I guess I'd have to say the staff and the residence. Everyone is so so friendly. I've never come across an unfriendly person. The only thing that I can see bad with the whole place there's just one elevator, but other than that, it's a five star. I love that they have family night once or twice a month and that I get two free meals every month so I can eat with my mom.

Everything has been good. No hidden charges everything was upfront. The room was remodeled and very clean. Mom is extremely happy. The management on a day-to-day basis couldn't be better. The food is excellent when something goes wrong. The maintenance crew is on it within the hour. I would absolutely not change one thing.

Everyone is very friendly. I don't mean very friendly I mean really really friendly and if you have something that needs to be done, you just tell them and they're on it right then and there. And the food is fantastic and the chef make sure he comes out and greets everyone. Everybody seems like they love their job. It's a very nice open, bright atmosphere.
