PositiveI liked that it had a at home feel, clean, I loved the staff, they cared about my dad, made sure his diapers were changed and got his medicine and sometimes fed his meal. My brother and I were lucky they took him when we struggled to care for him ourselves.

CriticalUnfortunately, primacy was bought by royal retreat assisted living which is also in Memphis. My aunt moved into their facility ([date removed]). My aunt got COVID (as did some of the other residents shortly afterwards). My aunt passed in July as a direct result. Primacy was ok and my aunt was getting acclimated to being in the facility. I liked the staff and they were attentive to her needs. I would not recommend Royal Retreat at all.
