The staff are all patient, caring, giving people. There are always activities going on. The food is pretty good. The place is always kept clean and the housekeepers are very good. My one bedroom unit is very roomy and peaceful. Overall I am quite pleased.

Nothing serious. A small missed commitment here and there. I.e. offered help assembling a new table was forgotten. For the most part staff is friendly, and puts good energy into a small in-house events. I live at Cascades Of The Sierra along with people who have moved from there and can't find anything good to say about it. On the other hand, my brother has talked to several people living there and are very satisfied. As is he. Like he said, "someone who has experienced hard times can really appreciate living here…

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Cleanliness is very good. They needed new carpet, but tried to keep it clean. They always had many activities planned, weekly lunch adventures. They really try to give their tenants a feel of home away from home. They did seem to be always be short of employees. I did not meet anyone that didn't like there. They were concerned about the price and they did raise my brother's rent only after being there 3 months. I felt that my brother was safe, fed, and had good socialization …
