Our three-story community features cozy, home-like interiors and plenty of lounge areas for residents to gather with their family and friends. Curl up by the crackling fire with your favorite book from our on-site library, or show off your musical talents on the community’s piano. Residents can enjoy the fresh air and lovely landscaped grounds of our home while reclining in our outdoor courtyard. Lakeside Manor welcomes residents of all lifestyles and backgrounds. You can even bring your favorite, four-legged friend along with you! Community Amenities and Services At Lakeside Manor, we want to provide residents with interactive and exciting opportunities, and offer their family members peace of mind. Our friendly and considerate staff provides weekly housekeeping and laundry services, so you can spend your time and energy on learning new skills and perfecting old hobbies. Fighting traffic, especially in downtown Reno, can be stressful. That is why we provide complimentary transportation to and from appointments, grocery shopping and other errands, church services, and even local events. Let us do what we can to make daily life simpler for you. Our splendid culinary team works hard to prepare fresh, well balanced meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner that taste absolutely delicious. All menu items are created with dietary restrictions in mind, but we are more than happy to prepare personal alternatives for those that request them. Residents can enjoy their savory meals while sharing old stories together in our elegant dining room. For those who have family or friends visiting, a private dining room is also available. One of the greatest things about life at an independent living community is the access to a variety of events and on-site amenities. New and exciting recreational, educational, and social activities are organized every month. Unique classes like sign language, baking, and cooking sessions are organized throughout the week. Residents can also treat themselves to a host of services available in our on-site beauty salon and barber shop, such as massages, haircuts, and even manicures. With so many opportunities available, we are confident that you will form new friendships and create new memories with your neighbors in no time. Living Options We currently offer a variety of floor plans for residents to choose between, ranging from studios to one- or two-bedroom apartments. All units include private bathrooms, large closets that provide plenty of storage, and lovely kitchenette areas. Apartments also include a 24-hour emergency response system, so if an emergency should ever arise, you’ll receive immediate care.
