PositiveThey seemed to have a genuine concern for my mother's welfare, although their policy concerning physical assistance to tenants prohibited helping her get up after a fall, was a bit of a situation, I understand the policy. Just a note to any perspective tenant, be fully aware of the rules that staff must observe, and what that may mean for their family member looking at that facility.
