CriticalI would never put a loved one here again. They let my mother go unbathed they chopped my mother's hair off without asking they sent my mother to the hospital multiple times without telling me or showing me any video footage of what was going on. And when my mother was finally forced to go to rehab rehabilitation after her stay there, they threw all her stuff in garbage bags, including shampoo on top of clothes and set it by her room door. I would literally have to go there multiple times a week to give my mother a …

CriticalNice staff. Nice business manager. Seems to be taking good care of my father. That’s all I have to say….. I am not in a place to make any further comments……………………… We appreciate all their care. I don’t like that there is not a way to pay on line. Having to write a check is very inconvenient.

PositiveThe Wake Assisted Living Facility Director, Care Coordinator, & Med Techs are all always on top of things. They are a good team and delegate tasks the remaining staff in a productive and efficient way. (Seems so by me, a family member who visits 3-4 times a week) The remaining staff are caring, patient, relaxed (in a good way), quick to respond to needs and proactive in knowing when a resident seems out of synch. The turnover is expectantly quick with some, but the ones that can do the job the way it needs to be …

PositiveThe staff did its best to make us feel comfortable in leaving our mother in their care. Our mother was only in this facility for less than a month but when she was committed to a nearby hospital they stayed in touch and seemed to be concerned with her condition and did they best to get us in touch with the staff at the hospital till she passed.

PositiveThe staff all care about the residents. The director is experienced, warm and friendly to families, and has a good connection with her staff. The onsite therapy team (an independent company) works well with Wake AL staff and the residents. The residents are all memory care patients and for the most part seem relaxed and comfortable. The facility is simple but clean with regular maintenance and upkeep. The facility is safe and secure and families are welcome and encouraged to visit at anytime.

CriticalMy dad got COVID 3 days after moving into the facility and died 3 weeks after moving in. I actually don't fault the facility at all. They were wonderful through the whole situation. This is primarily a Medicaid facility. I have to say I think if my dad had lived I think he would have received more attention there than at his previous facility which was double the cost. He was also a private pay resident. So his cost was about $[removed]per month. The Medicaid cost was about $[removed]. Wake Assisted has its p…
