Not a pleasant experience

The director here is kind and there are any number of kind, competent staff here. However, there have been very significant lapses in care in my time here. There have been significant problems in the system handling medications. Problems have involved such issues as medication given at the wrong time, medications not being given at all, and medication being given to the wrong resident. Wells point lodge

My family was looking for an assisted living for my mother, we toured 4 facilities. Once we found Wells Point Lodge we were home. The welcomed us with open arms. The staff makes sure mom come out to activities and all meals. My overall experience with Wells Point has been nothing but professional and a great experience.

My granddaughter and my sister toured this facility and recommended it to me. We also had an aunt who lived here years ago and was pleased with it. Things are not always excellent when there is a shortage of staff, but —as in a family — everyone else steps in to get the job done. I would definitely select the Lodge if I ever leave and then need this care again.

Wells Point Lodge, Pflugerville has exceeded my expectations.

We moved my brother to Wells Point Lodge in early April. Everything has gone so well. He seems happy here and no complaints. Originally he planned to have meals in his room but the first day they encouraged him to eat in the dining room and meet the other residents. Now he eats all his meals there unless he is not well. Caring and Helpful

Looking for an assisted living facility for a loved one can be stressful and overwhelming. I was happy to find the staff at Wells Point Lodge to be knowledgable, caring and helpful, taking away some of the stress that goes along with this process. [names removed], and the wonderful staff have gone above and beyond to help my mom get settled and adjust to her new surroundings.
