Memory care does not have help to take residents out to special events in the Florida area, not fair to them! Rooms are pretty clean, roomy! Activities are ok not what they said they would be but they were ok!

PositiveWhitehall Manor- a compassionate place.
My family member has had difficulty finding a nurse/aide/tech when he wanted one or had a question. The aides clean his room and change sheets UPON REQUEST. My family member doesn't know when to request it and "doesn't want to bother them." This is not good. He needs it and they should ask him. They are helpful and communicate with family very well and often. Every one is kind and compassionate. The residents are respectful of one another. The manor is clean. The food is good.
