AMAZING

Love this place. Everyone genuinely cares. Food is great, activities are great, staff are excellent. They moved us in with reasonable rent and it actually STAYED that price. We are so happy here for the last 3 years.

Windlands South

We chose this facility because of its cost, room floor plan, and overall atmosphere. The residents are welcoming, and we were initially impressed with the food. The facility also offers many on-site amenities, including beauty services, physical and occupational therapy, and caregivers if needed. However, it has been difficult to reach staff outside of office hours, and the quality of the food has declined.

Like it here, made friends

I enjoy it, my apt is nice and bigger than the other places my daughter took me to see. Grounds are pretty and large. I like the library and the windows in the dining room i have my plants on the little balcony

Sight unseen

The facility has been very disappointing. The food is inedible. I do not attend the activities because the quarters are much too close and no one wears masks and they are coughing all over each other. Also, the activities are almost always geared towards "Christian" ideals without any regard for any other religions or cultures. I do like my individual unit so I stay in it unless I need to go to the doctors or the hospital. The washers/dryers are very old school and don't work very well. The hallways are not ofte…

Everyone was friendly and it was clean. It was during lunch time and the food smelled and looked wonderful. My husband is excited about moving in and taking advantage of the activities and trips that they offer. I’m excited about him being closer to home and in a bigger and better place he can call home.

Grateful

For a long time, my dad was living at home by himself, and honestly, all I did was worry. I was constantly checking my phone, wondering if he’d eaten a real meal, if he’d tripped, or if he was just sitting there lonely. I work and have my own responsibilities and it's stressful. The mental toll of just worrying is exhausting. We looked at a few places but this one just felt right. It was hard getting him use to the idea but he came around.
