The facility is very clean and staff is very concerned about the residents and their needs and assistance. I have a 3 room apartment so size is not that important to me. I would heartedly recommend Winnwood to others.

What sticks out? 1) The staff are all super friendly and really care about the residents. 2) The place is always clean and issues are handled quickly. 3) They have a lot of different activities to participate in and a good calendar for finding them. 4) The more I look around the pricing there is reasonable for what you get. 5) The location near the square is great as it is close enough to walk to go to events. Overall we are very happy with Winnwood.

Overall experience was excellent. All staff from management to cleaners, groundskeepers & maintenance have been personable, friendly and helpful. Have not participated in activities yet, but judging by observed participants they are good. Transportation available for group or individuals - small bus, car or limo. Apartment sizes are small but adequate with decent storage. Cleanliness is excellent. Inside and outside. Only negative from my point of view is the quality & preparation of food. Mediocre at best.
