CriticalShe said the employees were nice, the place seemed clean and no bad smells. The room size was fine. Honestly, I don't know anything about the food or activities. The only bad thing of note was lack of details beforehand, nothing in writing with price or hours or what to bring/expect etc. also some of the outside doors were not locked in the evening when we got there, so we let ourselves in and wandered around with no one stopping us/addressing us.

CriticalThe food was so poor that I wouldn't even feed it to my dog. If you need hearing aids, be prepared for confusion. I waited several weeks because I needed to see an audiologist for a hearing test, but they repeatedly sent an ENT instead to remove earwax. PositiveThe residents and staff, overall, are friendly & welcoming. However, the residents are basically home bodies. They don't venture out to go on very few group trips unless it's the Dollar Store or an event at a church.

CriticalMy ratings are a combination of her being there as an independent resident as well as her being a temporary resident upstairs in receiving therapy. In which she was treated unfairly by several staff members as well as had her wallet and cell phone stolen. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who cares about their loved ones
