I appreciate my experience at Acclaim more now than when I started here. The staff is always present, approachable, and very attentive to me and other residents. The concierges are all so kind and helpful. The kitchen staff from the manager ([name removed]) to the chef ([name removed]) and servers are 5 stars really. Food is very good. It's good to have different activities planned every day, with calendars and reminders. They are doing a great job.

PositiveThe facility was nice and the people we met there were very accommodating. However , the apartment we were shown was very small. In addition, the Acclaim doesn't offer a full range of transitional services (i.e. moving from independent living to assisted living that we were expecting).
