The facility is brand new and beautiful but the staff is largely inexperienced. They need to hire better aides and get them all on the same page. The apartment size is nice and obviously clean since it's brand new. I think my experience is echoed throughout as I notice they have MANY apartments still available. Not even half full there. Acclaim East Beach is a wonderful facility with positive energy from staff. I love arriving and seeing Amber at the front desk, she always welcomes me with a smile. Your facility has many different activities to keep the residents moving, creating and being active.

Awesome experience

As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with a warm welcome. The staff is so friendly and very caring. I've been in many facilities where you feel unwelcome and the residents uncared for. Not one complaint from the residents and I can see why. And the VIEW....ICING ON THE CAKE. You won't be disappointed at all

All the people that work there are so friendly I especially appreciate the maintenance department I can tell they do a lot for the residents here

Acclaim

The receptionist was nice and very helpful. She greeted me with a Goodmorning and smile. The atmosphere is very welcoming and calm. When asking questions about activities I was shown where to look and how to find future activities. Very inviting.

Highly recommended

[name removed] the "sales" person was great and explained everything well regarding rent and any possible extras which is just lunch and dinner. Lots of activities including movies, bingo, happy hour with a live musician, exercise classes, barbecue, private dining room for family get together, transportation to grocery store, dollar tree, medical visits, lots more activities too. [name removed] the move in coordinator was also very helpful.
