PositiveMy husband and I recently toured Addington Place in Burlington, Iowa. We were searching for a placement for his mother. Our first impression of Addington Place was “Wow! This place is beautiful!” [Name Removed] met us at the door and after a brief introduction to Addington Place he gave us a tour of the Memory Care unit. It is very helpful if you have loved ones or an advocate stop frequently to check on their resident. The room sizes are adequate but I would like to see more activities offered in the Memory Unit. The Independent Living side has more activities offered.
