I think I put most everything in the previous report but here goes. My wife won't be staying there again. Staff ignored some crucial things. I had brought her external catheter and showed them how to use it. They never did. I told them she listens to music or television on low all night and there was no TV remote there so I assumed they'd get one. A week later my daughter visited and she again asked them to find a remote. Wished she had told me but when I showed up to visit the day before her 2 week stay was ending…

We cannot answer the cleanliness as we never saw it. The meals and dining gets a 3 based on our loved ones feedback. what we craved was more attention to detail in staff entering mom's room (she often felt her privacy was being invaded) and honestly because they only had one level of memory care, those with higher functioning capacity (like our mom) felt a bit out of place.

They have friendly and attentive staff. There are lots of activities and engagement. I would recommend them to others, the only concern is cost - it is expensive. I did enjoy being there as well, visiting my mom. They are very open to visitors and make it a wonderful experience for everyone.

Our overall experience was wonderful. They were very helpful and transporting and assisting in the transitioning of my mom from home to assisted living. That can be a very difficult experience that they made it as easy as possible. The staff and caregivers that took care of mom we're kind and gentle. Her room was perfect for what she needed.. The facility was well maintained.

Some critical things in my wife's care were ignored. They gave her no naps and expected her to lie in bed for 12 hours with no TV or music in the room. There was a TV but no controller for two weeks. My daughter visited one week in and asked them to get the TV working but they never did.
