Quality Care and Comfort for my Mom

I would give a 5 to each category with what I experienced. Unfortunately, my Mother died 13 days after moving to Lumina. So I don't have updated information. But I'm glad we contacted A Place for Mom. I finally had some help and it made the biggest difference. I can't even tell you what a comfort that was. I was very impressed with the people and the facility.

For my mother it's 5 stars. She has dementia and your program and care is what she needs. The employees are kind and responsible.

Everyone that we came into contact with was professional and courteous. They all seemed happy to be there. Lumina was beautiful and clean and seems to be exactly what we’re looking to find for my Mother. I think she will love it here.

Good overall experience and staff, activities, food and apartment size. Safe, comfortable atmosphere and friendly staff always available to help. It is expensive.

Our family's experience for our loved one

The Lumina staff are very welcoming and take time to get to know the families as well as the residents. We also liked the setup of Lumina and how safe it felt for our loved one, especially with the monitoring in every room and in the facility. They also had a lot of activities that kept residents and their families engaged within Lumina and the community.

Lumina Las Vegas has been an excellent choice for my dad's needs. He has dementia and the staff and programs at Lumina have been a welcoming experience. Super friendly staff provide superior care and assistance as needed. The food is high quality and the presentations are much like a quality restaurant.
