CriticalOver the past year Alders is not what it once was when it opened. Most senior adult living communities have at least monthly entertainment. They don’t. They don’t create a fun atmosphere for group events. They don’t cater to seniors. Right now for over 3 weeks the residents don’t have access to their faubs to get into buildings. The fire alarm is not working as residents were told yesterday.

CriticalI moved to Alders Rockwall Active Senior Living in August 2023 and have complained about a barking dog in apartment next to mine since move in. The manager told me a few minutes ago they have talked to the owner and that’s all they can do. The manager had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to relocate in the same complex. I am going to see my attorney to find out how to get out of my lease.
