They seem short-staffed, so getting help can take a long time—sometimes over an hour. Staff can also come across as rude or unhelpful at times.

Facility is very clean and nice. Staff is great, but there's a lot of turnover. Negative: [name removed] does not like the food. Also, almost all of the activities are designed for women, so the men just stay in their rooms ( which they might do anyway, who knows). Oh, and the in- house medical care is cursory at best - one to two minutes once a month.

Cosmetically it's beautiful.. but the staff are useless they could care less about the residents.. lazy & unmotivated.. smells like pee.. just clean enough to make it presentable but not actually clean.. the charges just going up & up while the care just keeps going down.. I want to mover her elsewhere asap.
