CriticalThey have had several big turn overs since we have been there since September. They are not very responsive to me when I really need something. Some of the staff are very polite and really care for residents but I do not believe that they all are Lots if turn overs never know who I need to go to because they have left

CriticalMost of the staff are worthless, the food is awful and the activities are lacking and she spends less than 2 hours per day with the residents and some days no time.

PositiveMost of the staff has been wonderful. My husband does not participate in activities not able to. He has eaten all of his meals to my knowledge. I am pleased with the room size just wish they would sweep/vacuum more many times stuff all over the floor. One thing I wish they would fix is the door bell to get in memory unit does not work very much. I always have to run someone down to let me in. This is inconvenient.
