They are definitely warm and welcoming. They're very engaged personally with the residence. In general, the place smelled very clean. The on boarding could've been improved in that. It felt a little bit clustered and disorganized. That however, was compensated by their very accommodating nature towards the residence and their families.

The quality of care is excellent. Very kind caseworker. They are compassionate and come to the room with any need. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

Our Family Experience

Very attentive staff. The recreational and social activities are varied and quite inclusive. My 94yr old mother is enjoying her stay. Mom's apartment was a renovated unit, and easy to keep up.

Thankful for Charter Senior Living

I have had two family members living at Charter. The staff is wonderful. The director [name removed] is very experienced and extremely caring and helpful. The nursing director Star is also professional, compassionate, and has been invaluable in some very stressful times. The recent facility upgrades are attractive and functional. I would highly recommend Charter Senior Living.

Great Care

Dining. Lunch and dinner smaller amounts of food but breakfast plenty and excellent! Staff all wonderful ! Caring and doing fantastic job!

do not recommend

From the time that we placed our loved one in this facility to the day that he passed away. The administrative staff tried consistently to up charges unnecessarily, or to tell us that they needed to kick our loved one out. The nursing staff is the one redeeming quality about this place. The nurses really cared about my loved one and gave him the best care possible. They even worked with us to try to help with some rehab in house to cut down on costs. Prices for rent and care were increased. With no knowledge upfron…
