My sister has problems of her own that have little to do with the facility and staff. She does not want to get dressed in the morning because of the hassle with her oxygen. She often stays in her PJs all day. As a result, she never eats in the dining room, and she very rarely ever leaves her room. She has complained that she dreads weekends because there are fewer aides working.

Perfect fit for mom

Story point has been a perfect fit and blessing for our mother. After spending time there, it is clear that they don't just provide a service; they provide a genuine home. If it is necessary to have to place a loved one in a care facility, StoryPoint needs to be at the top of your choices. Communication is top-notch and I have never walked in and not been greeted with a smile. Medical attention has been spot on and the facility is well maintained.

Everyone is very nice. Food is very good. Nursing staff is not distributing medication as required. Five separate times I have found medicine in my mother's room.
