The folks there were all nice and the residents seem happy but it was not the place we needed. It’s old, in all aspects. I’m sure it’s great for some but my sister would not be happy.

The staff are friendly & helpful, the food is good, but 3 meals a day might be a little much, but gives a good choice. The rooms are very nice, great location.

Overall facility was clean and the staff very friendly. The location was further away than our family desired and there are multiple floors.

The residence was very private, nestled in the trees. They the head of sales was so cordial and enthusiastic, providing information regarding services and availability and how she could accommodate our requirements and desires for our comfort. The staff was very pleasant and friendly, even insisting that we take away with us a very tasty portion of banana pudding!

Her apt is beautiful! She's made some great friends. It's a community not just an apt complex. Good food in the cafe. [name removed] is the best concierge! Her and the other employees truly care & love the residents. They are making improvements which are noticeable. The location is perfect. It's like she's living in a treehouse. I scheduled a tour with Signal Mountain Senior Living for my mother after visit many other facilities that missed the mark. Walking in to smiling faces and warm welcomes didn't feel like a visit it - felt like home. [name removed] has been absolutely amazing with every interaction and answered every question I had. The facility was beautifully kept, staff were friendly, and the residents I met really made me feel comfortable with the decision to possibly make this move for my mother.
