I had to continually monitor whether my mom was being bathed. Many times I had to remind them . The lady that bathed her was very unfriendly and rough. It seemed she was always bothered if my mom needed help. I don't understand that because that is why she was there. The activity lady was awesome and very friendly. She is the chief attraction.

The activity director is very lively and engaging… They provide flower arrangements for each of the residents due to donated flowers from various places around Chattanooga.
