Living Arrangements Prospective residents can relax with our selection of comfortable private studio floor plans. Utility packages are provided to keep everyone comfortable. Telephone and cable TV can be contracted individually with local providers. Staff provides housekeeping and laundry services on a weekly basis as well, so residents never have to bother with chores and maintenance.
